Who?

My name is Gem Williams, I am a sapphic teenage girl, a fervent consumer and creator of all forms of art, and an aspiring writer/poet residing in New Zealand. My favourite pieces of literature/writers: Ocean Vuong, Sylvia Plath, Tiffany McDaniel's 'Betty,' Dostoevsky, Donna Tart etc. 

What?

Feral girl diaries is an unpublished book and a curation of my weirdest thoughts. My writing is an amalgamation of the macabre and absurd. It embraces an introspective and confessional style exploring girlhood, godhood, identity, death, and human nature. My work is also heavily influenced by religion and mythology. Welcome to the dissection of my half-rotten brain I hope it makes you feel something be it love, observation, or even outrage.
